Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as the first point of contact for onsite visitors and manage front-office interactions by directing, guiding, and supporting title-related requests.
  • •Accept, review, and analyze automotive titles for accuracy and completeness; identify needed corrections or additional documentation.
  • •Apply knowledge of state DMV rules and fee structures, including lien sale and out-of-state requirements, and communicate requirements to customers and teams.
  • •Complete title transfers between buyers and sellers according to jurisdictional requirements; calculate estimated fees and submit requests for duplicate titles or other documentation.
  • •Verify buyer, seller, and vehicle information in internal databases and title paperwork; review odometer readings, release of liens, payment status, and maintain filing systems and title lists/reports.

  • •1 year of previous automotive title experience from an auction, dealership, or state motor vehicle department.
