Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee AV technical operations for digital immersive client events with interactive spaces and ensure systems function at a high level.
  • •Support digital displays and interactive installations, including touch panels and DVLED video walls.
  • •Serve as the primary technical escalation point for AV equipment troubleshooting, service, and maintenance, coordinating with internal teams and integrators.
  • •Perform daily AV preventative maintenance health checks and communicate/resolution discrepancies to client satisfaction.
  • •Fulfill AV needs for client meetings (e.g., DVLED video wall and touch panel operation, windowing, and presentation controllers) using ServiceNow ticketing and activity logs.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 39 - 49.91 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •3+ years of AV experience supporting onsite and virtual/hybrid live events.
  • •Hands-on experience with digital display technologies, including Appspace and BrightSign.
  • •Knowledge of AV troubleshooting and immersive digital meeting spaces, including DVLED video wall deployment and maintenance (NanoLumens).
  • •Experience with AV audio routing and troubleshooting (presets, gain structure) and Shure wireless microphone coverage, pairing, and frequency management.
  • •Ability to perform daily AV health checks and work with related AV hardware such as Cisco Room Series devices and Barco/Planar video walls.
