Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver military engine classroom and maintenance training to internal and external customers at the P&W Customer Training Center and on-site at customer locations.
  • •Instruct and serve as a maintenance instructor/SME on selected P&W engine models, including troubleshooting and systems basics.
  • •Support courseware design using the Instructional Systems Design (ISD) process, evaluate content accuracy, and document quality escapes.
  • •Field customer requests and direct customers to appropriate support personnel.
  • •Participate in continuous improvement activities related to training delivery, CORE, EHS, and cross-functional initiatives.
