Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the early employee lifecycle, including offer acceptance through end-to-end onboarding and completion of new hire training.
  • •Design and manage compliance systems, including I-9 verification, employee eligibility documentation, background checks, and compliance training.
  • •Own immigration case management with outside counsel across visa types, including RFE response management and policy monitoring.
  • •Build people programs and culture touchpoints, including onboarding curricula, manager training, and executive/team coaching engagements.
  • •Evaluate, implement, and maintain HRIS and payroll systems, and support benefits administration and employee questions during renewals.

Salary: USD 275,000 - 325,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Demonstrated experience in HR operations, people operations, or a related field.
  • •Strong knowledge of employment compliance, including I-9 requirements, state and federal regulations, and recordkeeping best practices.
  • •Experience supporting immigration processes in coordination with outside counsel.
  • •Hands-on experience with HRIS platforms (e.g., Rippling, Workday, SequoiaOne) and comfort evaluating new tools.
  • •Meticulous attention to detail and the ability to operate with ambiguity while communicating complex policies clearly.
