Country Manager, El Salvador

Lead Bybit’s regulated operations in El Salvador, providing overall leadership, management, and performance across licensed VASP and EMI activities. Execute the local business strategy aligned with Group objectives and regulatory requirements, ensure safe and compliant operations, and oversee operational, compliance, financial, and risk management. Serve as the primary representative to regulators, banks, and stakeholders, while building and developing the local management team and governance frameworks.
