Key Responsibilities

•Interact with guests and provide friendly service while suggesting beverages and menu items at the bar.
•Prepare beverages consistently using standard recipes and venue specifications, completing pour tests as required.
•Maintain bar safety and sanitation standards, including recording equipment failures and hazards in bar logs.
•Process payments and maintain bartender bank, including cash pull/check-out and required checks.
•Assess guest intoxication and refuse further alcohol service when appropriate, escalating to a manager; complete opening/running/closing duties and occasionally support special events.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 16.9 hourly

Key Requirements

•Responsible Alcohol Awareness Training certification (or equivalent) / state or county licensee requirement.
•Cash handling experience.
•Ability to lift or move up to 25 lbs using proper lifting techniques.
•Ability to work late hours and maintain a flexible schedule.
•Interpersonal communication and teamwork; able to pass a pour test and mixology drill (timed).
