Key Responsibilities

  • •Design and implement data pipelines (ELT/ETL) for batch and streaming workloads.
  • •Develop and maintain data models and schemas (star schema, data marts) and analytical datasets in BigQuery.
  • •Contribute to data architecture decisions (scalability, resilience) and implement streaming solutions using Kafka, Kafka Streams and Pub/Sub.
  • •Develop services and APIs in Java (Spring Boot) and/or Scala; implement streaming processing and data transformations with DBT; contribute to data-focused microservices.
  • •Orchestrate workflows with Airflow/Cloud Composer, automate deployments with GitLab CI, and manage versioning with Git
