Key Responsibilities

•Define and shape an AI-enabled ISC transformation roadmap and identify high-impact use cases across planning, manufacturing, logistics and service
•Lead cross-functional transformation programs across regions and business units, driving execution from concept to pilot to scale-up
•Partner with Data/AI teams to translate use cases into scalable AI solutions and drive adoption of AI applications (forecasting, planning, automation, control tower)
•Define governance, processes and operating models to sustain transformation and enable data-driven decision-making across ISC
•Influence senior stakeholders and drive organizational change across ISC through change management and capability building

Key Requirements

•10–15+ years in consulting (e.g., Accenture / IBM) or leading transformation in industry, preferably in MedTech/Medical Imaging/Advanced Manufacturing
•Proven track record in supply chain/operations transformation and leading large-scale cross-functional programs
•Strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain (planning/manufacturing/logistics) and exposure to AI/data/digital solutions in operations
•Ability to translate strategy into execution and influence senior stakeholders in complex organizations
•Experience bridging business, operations and technology to enable data-driven decision making
