Key Responsibilities

  • •Define and shape an AI-enabled ISC transformation roadmap and identify high-impact use cases across planning, manufacturing, logistics and service
  • •Lead cross-functional transformation programs across regions and business units, driving execution from concept to pilot to scale-up
  • •Partner with Data/AI teams to translate use cases into scalable AI solutions and drive adoption of AI applications (forecasting, planning, automation, control tower)
  • •Define governance, processes and operating models to sustain transformation and enable data-driven decision-making across ISC
  • •Influence senior stakeholders and drive organizational change across ISC through change management and capability building

Key Requirements

  • •10–15+ years in consulting (e.g., Accenture / IBM) or leading transformation in industry, preferably in MedTech/Medical Imaging/Advanced Manufacturing
  • •Proven track record in supply chain/operations transformation and leading large-scale cross-functional programs
  • •Strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain (planning/manufacturing/logistics) and exposure to AI/data/digital solutions in operations
  • •Ability to translate strategy into execution and influence senior stakeholders in complex organizations
  • •Experience bridging business, operations and technology to enable data-driven decision making
