Key Responsibilities

  • •Take readings of coolant in all machines daily using refractometer and pH meter and record results.
  • •Assess coolant condition and take corrective actions based on readings.
  • •Maintain coolant coalescer and monitor concentration and condition.
  • •Discuss coolant issues with manufacturers’ representatives.
  • •Keep inventory of coolant concentrate and cleaning concentrate.

Key Requirements
