Key Responsibilities

  • •Receive visitors and telephone calls with discretion; provide background information for appointments.
  • •Draft and verify general correspondence; research incoming requests and prepare background materials for the responsible officer.
  • •Coordinate meeting administration, including invitations, costs calculation, travel requests, document dispatch, and preparation of minutes.
  • •Support HR, procurement, and monitoring of deliverables/payments through Oracle/GSM.
  • •Assist with budget and finance monitoring and follow up on outstanding issues; prepare travel requests and reservations for official WHO travel.

Key Requirements

  • •Completion of secondary school education or equivalent.
