Key Responsibilities

  • •Own a portfolio of enterprise accounts, driving customers from initial deployment to long-term value realization.
  • •Build adoption roadmaps, track progress toward measurable ROI, and lead Executive Business Reviews (EBRs) and operational syncs.
  • •Maintain account success plans, monitor health metrics, and mobilize internal teams to resolve risks before they impact the account.
  • •Uncover expansion pathways and professional services opportunities by understanding customer workflows; hand qualified opportunities to the Account Executive.
  • •Orchestrate internal resources (Professional Services, Support, Field CTOs) to resolve technical challenges and feed enhancement requests to Product Management and Engineering.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years in Customer Success, Client Account Management, or Strategic Account Management in enterprise SaaS or IT consulting.
  • •Proven experience managing enterprise accounts, running Executive Business Reviews (EBRs), and driving adoption programs.
  • •High technical aptitude to converse fluently with engineering leaders, DevOps managers, and enterprise architects (without hands-on development).
  • •Strong project management, strategic thinking, and executive presentation skills.
  • •Experience with organizational change management and converting champions into references, case studies, and CAB participants.
