Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and scale the EMEA AI FDE professional services team through hiring, mentoring, and building a structure to support long-term growth.
  • •Develop executive relationships with EMEA customers and partners and act as a trusted advisor during complex technical engagements and AI transformations.
  • •Align with Field Engineering and Sales leaders on joint strategies for strategic accounts and coordinate strong cross-functional delivery.
  • •Drive strategic AI professional services initiatives, practice development, and standardized delivery models, including scalable engagement designs and reusable solutions.
  • •Own OKRs for AI-services-led accounts and represent Databricks as a thought leader in AI/ML.

Key Requirements

  • •Extensive experience managing, hiring, and building high-performing teams of data scientists/ML engineers, with a track record of scaling through process and leader development.
  • •Ability to scope, guide, and sell technical engagements, manage escalations, and ensure successful enterprise delivery.
  • •Deep technical expertise in ML, GenAI, and data science, with a drive to stay current in a fast-changing field.
  • •Experience leading teams building production ML solutions in cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
  • •Proven success partnering with senior executive stakeholders to define program goals, align technical vision, and build trust.
