  • •Serve as the primary benefits lead for an assigned international region, partnering with regional HR teams and business leaders.
  • •Collaborate with the Director of Global Benefits to develop and execute international benefits strategy, including leading annual renewals and negotiations.
  • •Lead end-to-end benefits implementations for new countries and vendor transitions, coordinating internal stakeholders, brokers, carriers, and vendors.
  • •Own day-to-day benefits operations for the region, including eligibility/enrollments, enrollments/waivers, and ongoing benefits administration.
  • •Ensure compliance with local employment laws, tax regulations, and statutory requirements, maintaining audit-ready documentation and governance standards.

Salary: USD 120,000 - 140,000 annually
