Benefits Manager, International

Shape and scale global employee benefits programs across an assigned international region. Partner with the Director of Global Benefits and regional HR teams to develop international benefits strategy, lead annual renewals, and negotiate plan design and pricing. Own end-to-end implementations for new countries, manage onboarding and vendor relationships, ensure ongoing benefits administration, and drive compliance with local employment and tax requirements.
