Key Responsibilities

•Participate in ticket inspection operations and draft reports (procès-verbaux) against offenders.
•Manage conflict situations related to the activity.
•Participate in managing on-the-ground situations such as detours and works.
•Inform customers about transport regulations, rules of civility, and fare/tariff information.
•Comply with internal regulations, the road code, company safety procedures, and environmental policies, including incident follow-ups.

Key Requirements

•Experience in checking transport tickets is desirable.
•Be sworn/authorized and have approval for identity checks (relevé d’identité).
•Have solid knowledge of the legal framework for combating fraud, the network, rolling stock, the company, and current rules.
•Listening, communication, and persuasion skills.
•Ability to assert yourself and handle conflict situations.
