Key Responsibilities

•Take full ownership of litigated recovery claims from instruction through to resolution, maximising financial recovery for clients
•Act as a technical referral point, supporting colleagues and strengthening team capability
•Review new instructions, identify technical issues, and set clear litigation strategies
•Manage a varied caseload, ensuring compliance with KPIs, SLAs, and court deadlines
•Draft legal documents (claim forms, directions questionnaires, witness statements) and monitor court timetables
•Negotiating quantum and settlement outcomes
•Maintain accurate case records using the case management system
•Deliver high-quality work in line with audit standards
•Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team targets and contribute to a high-performing culture

Key Requirements

•End-to-end claims handling experience, from assessment through to settlement
•Solid understanding of the Road Traffic Act, RTA insurers, and Article 75

•Experience handling complex or high-value claims
