Lead end-to-end influencer partnerships and community engagement across the UK & Ireland, turning creator content and conversations into growth. Key Responsibilities

•Lead locally relevant execution of influencer, KOL, and expert strategies, in line with regional guidance and manage end-to-end campaign delivery
•Identify, vet and onboard creators across tiers (micro, macro, celebrity, experts) and build relationships with creators, agents, and talent partners
•Oversee briefing, content rollout, budget management with ROI focus, performance analysis and optimisation for campaigns
•Engage with audiences across key platforms to turn creator content into ongoing engagement and advocacy, monitor sentiment and manage risks
•Develop and maintain community guidelines, response frameworks, and escalation protocols, and ensure content complies with brand guidelines and UK advertising regulations

Key Requirements

•Experience in influencer marketing, creator partnerships, or social media with exposure to health/beauty or consumer brands is an advantage
•Proven record of managing end-to-end influencer campaigns, from briefing through to reporting
•Strong understanding of the UK/I creator landscape and platform dynamics
•Data-driven mindset with ability to analyse performance and optimise campaigns
•Experience managing budgets and delivering measurable results (engagement, awareness, conversion)
