Key Responsibilities

  • •Partner with the co-founders and leadership team by surfacing risks/tradeoffs/opportunities and driving clear decisions.
  • •Run the company’s operating system (“Rhythm of Business”), translating priorities into communication and facilitating planning cadences.
  • •Track company-wide KPIs and maintain systems behind them, partnering with Finance to keep leadership’s source of truth accurate.
  • •Lead executive, board, and investor communications, drafting board materials and monthly investor updates using underlying analysis.
  • •Drive cross-functional special projects end to end, including problem definition, execution, and building required analysis.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 140,000 - 160,000 annually
