Key Responsibilities

  • •Determine project requirements, assign deliverables and develop work schedules for the team
  • •Liaise with team members, management and clients on a regular basis to ensure projects are completed according to standard and timetables
  • •Understand customers’ requirements and propose necessary actions and solutions
  • •Design, configure and implement solutions provided to clients
  • •Ensure that appropriate testing is being conducted with the client on the implemented solution
  • •Guarantee the delivery of technical trainings to clients
  • •Lead and coach the team cultivating empowerment and ownership
  • •Identify valuable information for new sales and services opportunities while working with the client’s team
  • •Issue progress reports, analyze risks and propose recommendations accordingly
