Key Responsibilities

•Operate a variety of production machines on the Vanes Grind Line and perform routine operations, quality checks, and inspections.
•Follow work instructions and drawings, ensuring compliance with quality and production standards.
•Demonstrate knowledge of machine shop practices, tooling, and precision measuring instruments to ensure accurate tolerances.
•Work across shifts as needed and be available for overtime and training on other shifts when required.
•Maintain a safe and clean work environment, document outputs, and adhere to procedures as part of the production process.
