Job Summary

Build and operate core cloud infrastructure that powers agentic AI customer support experiences. Design scalable development/production platforms and abstractions over cloud infrastructure, Kubernetes, and networking, then take end-to-end ownership of deployment architecture in enterprise customer environments. Ensure reliability through monitoring, alerting, rollback, and incident support, and partner across customer platform/security/DevOps plus internal Product, Security, Sales, and Customer Success teams.

Key Responsibilities

•Design and build development/production platforms and abstractions over cloud infrastructure, Kubernetes, and networking.
•Own enterprise deployment architecture in customer-owned cloud environments, including setup, upgrades, scaling, and incident support.
•Create runbooks and automation to make deployments repeatable.
•Maintain reliability for agentic workloads with first-class monitoring, alerting, and rollback.
•Collaborate with customers’ platform/security/DevOps teams and internal teams to turn requirements into concrete deployment plans.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 200,000 - 400,000 annually

Key Requirements

•4+ years building and operating core infrastructure, platform engineering, or infrastructure/DevOps, ideally with customer-facing deployment experience.
•Deep experience with a major cloud provider (GCP, AWS, or Azure) plus Terraform and Kubernetes at scale.
•Strong grasp of cloud networking fundamentals including VPCs, IAM, DNS, and load balancing.
•Track record operating production systems reliably, including monitoring, on-call, incident response, and failure-mode reasoning.
•Ability to navigate ambiguity across stakeholders from engineers to security and compliance teams, translating input into actionable deployment plans.
