Job Summary

Develop and communicate data-driven business recommendations for clients by supporting workshops and project work in the Data & Analytics domain. Advise across the full data strategy lifecycle—strategy, governance, data modeling, cataloging, architecture, and data/AI use cases—communicating effectively up to C-level. Serve as the bridge between business, data science, and IT, help grow customer relationships, and contribute to digital and data-driven business model implementations.

Key Responsibilities

•Support projects and workshops and present outcomes to customers, creating concrete recommendations for building data-driven organizations.
•Advise on data strategy topics including strategy, governance, modeling, cataloging, and architecture, as well as data- and AI-based use cases.
•Act as the link between business areas, data scientists, and IT, advising internal and external stakeholders on innovation and use case management.
•Support the acquisition of new customer projects, further develop client relationships, and take ownership of relevant topic areas.
•Contribute to defining and accompanying the implementation of digital and data-driven business models.

Key Requirements

•Completed technical degree and several years of experience in strategy, innovation, in-house, or corporate consulting with expertise in data strategy, data governance, data management, and data organization.
•Experience in developing digital products and services, and ideally in leading consulting projects and teams.
•Knowledge of innovation consulting methods such as Lean Start-Up and Design Thinking, as well as agile approaches like Scrum and Kanban.
•Good understanding of product development and its technical implementation.
•German and English proficiency; able to communicate clearly at C-level and work independently with strong customer orientation.
