Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead end-to-end UX including discovery, user flows, information architecture, wireframes, prototyping, and usability testing.
  • •Deliver polished UI covering responsive layouts, interaction design, visual hierarchy, and micro-interactions.
  • •Apply accessibility standards and inclusive design, including content and contrast best practices.
  • •Partner with Product and Engineering to translate requirements into build-ready designs and acceptance criteria, and collaborate on UI implementation (e.g., component libraries/design systems; code UI where required).
  • •Measure and improve outcomes using analytics-informed iteration and experimentation; provide senior leadership through mentoring, critiques/workshops, and driving consistency/quality.

Key Requirements

  • •6+ years’ experience in UX/UI design, product design, design engineering, or similar roles.
  • •Strong portfolio showing end-to-end work from discovery to delivery with measurable outcomes.
  • •Expertise in interaction design and visual design for complex journeys (forms, onboarding, dashboards, transactional flows).
  • •Proficiency with design tools and workflows (Figma preferred), plus strong collaboration skills.
  • •Experience designing for accessibility and inclusive design, with strong stakeholder management and communication.
