Job Summary

Deploy inside customer operations, map workflows across sales, supply chain, and executives, configure automations within SP Studio, and lead org-wide scaling to make SalesPatriot the operating system their business runs on. Will work onsite with multiple client sites, then regroup at SF HQ for debriefs and continuous improvement, delivering rapid, tangible outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

•Onsite deployment inside customer operations (Wisconsin, New York, Miami, Los Angeles) to map how their company actually operates.
•Understand and map cross-functional workflows from sales to executives to identify growth breakpoints.
•Configure automations within SP Studio tooling to reflect customer needs and improve efficiency.
•Take ownership of customer outcomes, driving org-wide scaling and ensuring the platform becomes the operating system for their business.
•Iterate with the customer to continuously identify and address their most pressing problems, building trust and delivering value.

Key Requirements

•Proficiency in TypeScript, JavaScript, and at least one frontend library (React, Svelte, Next, etc).
•Knowledge of SQL databases, preferably Postgres.
•Ability to show at least one full-stack project you have shipped (GitHub repo / web app / Loom demo video).
•Comfortable with ambiguity and rapid change, with a track record of shipping fast.
•Full-stack capability across frontend, backend, and organizational interactions, able to earn trust with procurement specialists while aligning with executive priorities and IT constraints.
