Key Responsibilities

  • •Establish governance foundations for risk teams to improve controls quickly while maintaining oversight, accountability, and control effectiveness.
  • •Define and lead data governance ownership, including lineage, quality, metadata, and monitoring for risk assessment data and features.
  • •Continuously validate that triggers, data, rules, models, and outcomes operate as intended for control assurance.
  • •Ensure auditability and explainability through complete change histories, approval records, decision lineage, and audit evidence.
  • •Set product KPIs and own the roadmap in collaboration with Engineering, Data Science, Risk, Compliance, Product Compliance, and Internal Audit.
