Key Responsibilities

  • •Implement and monitor QA/QC systems for MEP works across construction projects.
  • •Inspect and verify carbon steel (CS), mild steel (MS), and stainless steel (SS) piping, including welding, fit-up, and joint integrity.
  • •Validate clean process gas and ultra-pure water (UPW) piping systems to ensure cleanliness and fabrication compliance.
  • •Perform orbital welding quality checks, review weld logs, and ensure adherence to approved WPS/PQR/WPQ documentation.
  • •Maintain QA documentation (ITPs, checklists, MTCs) and coordinate with design, construction, and third-party inspection teams to resolve NCRs and improve quality.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or MEP Engineering (Master’s preferred).
  • •8–10 years of QA/QC experience for MEP, piping, or cleanroom infrastructure projects.
  • •Proficiency in CS/MS/SS piping fabrication, orbital welding, and pressure testing procedures.
  • •Experience with cleanroom and utility piping systems (clean process gas, UPW, CDA, DI water, exhaust networks).
  • •Knowledge of P&ID/PFD and construction drawings plus familiarity with ASME, IS, and ASTM welding/material standards.
