Key Responsibilities

  • •Troubleshoot process and quality issues in a hands-on, field-based environment.
  • •Partner with operations and pond teams to stabilize plant performance and manage brine systems.
  • •Align cavern, pond, and plant operations to meet production and quality targets.
  • •Optimize key processes (flotation, dewatering, material handling) to improve recovery and throughput.
  • •Lead improvement initiatives and capital projects, ensuring results stick in the field.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in engineering (chemical, mechanical, mining, industrial, etc.) with demonstrated experience in a mining or chemical processing operation.
  • •Self-starter who can work independently while remaining coachable, with the ability to balance intellectual design with hands-on field execution.
  • •Comfortable shifting between a climate-controlled office and rugged industrial field locations.
  • •Analytical thinking, attention to detail, and the ability to gather, synthesize, analyze and present environmental information to stakeholders.
  • •Demonstrated ability to inspire confidence and trust as a competent team player.
