Key Responsibilities

•Troubleshoot process and quality issues in a hands-on, field-based environment.
•Partner with operations and pond teams to stabilize plant performance and manage brine systems.
•Align cavern, pond, and plant operations to meet production and quality targets.
•Optimize key processes (flotation, dewatering, material handling) to improve recovery and throughput.
•Lead improvement initiatives and capital projects, ensuring results stick in the field.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in engineering (chemical, mechanical, mining, industrial, etc.) with demonstrated experience in a mining or chemical processing operation.
•Self-starter who can work independently while remaining coachable, with the ability to balance intellectual design with hands-on field execution.
•Comfortable shifting between a climate-controlled office and rugged industrial field locations.
•Analytical thinking, attention to detail, and the ability to gather, synthesize, analyze and present environmental information to stakeholders.
•Demonstrated ability to inspire confidence and trust as a competent team player.
