Key Responsibilities

  • •Supervise and participate in shoe/apparel/bags sales at Puma directly-managed store and support store operations as part of the management team.
  • •Monitor and analyze sales, inventory, and floor management including product displays and Visual Merchandising (VMD).
  • •Coach and provide feedback to staff, conduct training, and support performance development.
  • •Ensure a high-standard customer experience based on Puma’s global service standards and brand messaging.
  • •Contribute to store-wide initiatives and opportunities for salary and career growth.
