Job Summary

Shape the future of draught beer packaging by developing returnable keg, PerfectDraft, and Bottle-in-Bottle platforms. You’ll translate technical concepts into robust industrial solutions—designing and optimizing interfaces between packaging, filling, and dispense systems. Drive innovation from concept through supplier and manufacturing validation, support brewery trials on production lines, and collaborate with Packaging, Brewing, Quality, Supply, and equipment partners to scale new technologies globally.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead development of returnable keg, PerfectDraft, and Bottle-in-Bottle packaging platforms.
•Develop new keg systems and packaging concepts to improve product quality, freshness, sustainability, and operational performance.
•Design and optimize the interface between packaging, filling equipment, and dispense systems.
•Validate packaging solutions, suppliers, and manufacturing processes before global implementation.
•Support brewery trials and industrial validation on production lines, working with suppliers and cross-functional teams to ensure scalable solutions.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Packaging Engineering, Materials Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or related engineering discipline.
•At least 5 years of experience developing or engineering keg systems, draught packaging systems, or beverage container technologies.
•Experience working with filling, dispensing, or packaging equipment in a manufacturing environment.
•Strong engineering skills to translate technical concepts into robust industrial solutions.
•Fluency in English; experience working with suppliers, equipment manufacturers, and cross-functional engineering teams.
