Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead press/production line operations including changeovers, start-ups, running, and shutdowns.
  • •Operate all jobs according to customer, manufacturing, and print specifications.
  • •Work with and direct assistants to minimize changeover and downtime.
  • •Train and direct assistants to become efficient at required assistant duties.
  • •Perform basic operator preventative maintenance on machines and/or tools.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 23 - 29 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •Ability to read, understand, and follow customer specifications.
  • •Experience in a manufacturing environment (preferred).
  • •Forklift experience (preferred).
  • •Basic computer skills to complete tasks in operator software.
  • •Visual acuity for inspection, including using measurement devices and distinguishing colors.
