Key Responsibilities

  • •Learn to assist in the delivery of basic IT services to clients.
  • •Learn and apply industry best practices and methodologies.
  • •Learn to provide support to clients, both remotely and on-site, as needed.
  • •Learn and apply troubleshooting techniques to identify and resolve IT issues.
  • •Learn to use a ticketing system to manage support queries.

Key Requirements

  • •A strong desire to learn and grow in the IT/MSP space
  • •Some IT support experience (6 months to a year) or the A+ certification
  • •Ability to deliver great customer service (clear communication, managing expectations, follow-up)
  • •Must be able to complete physical requirements (lift up to 50 lbs, stand/sit, push/pull, climb stairs, etc.)
  • •Eligible to work in UK and able to work on-site at client offices when required
