Key Responsibilities

  • •Write high-converting ad copy for Meta, Google, YouTube, TikTok, Snapchat, and X campaigns across 3 programs
  • •Produce 50+ ad copy variants per campaign using AI tools, then curate and refine top performers
  • •Adapt messaging per market (Egypt, KSA, UAE) with cultural nuance and local slang
  • •Collaborate with the Perf. Marketing Manager on A/B test hypotheses for headlines, CTAs, value propositions, and hooks
  • •Write in both English and Arabic, with AI translation support and native review for Arabic copy
  • •Write full lifecycle email sequences (welcome, activation nudges, reminders, re-engagement, celebrations) and WhatsApp messages optimized for MENA engagement
  • •Personalize messaging by program, user segment, and behavior stage using AI to generate variants at scale
  • •Create landing page copy and SEO-optimized content for organic growth and multiple variants for testing
  • •Develop community content for social channels and script video content in collaboration with Design team

Key Requirements

  • •3–5 years of experience in growth copywriting, performance copywriting, or direct-response marketing
  • •Strong portfolio showing high-converting ad copy, email sequences, and landing pages
  • •Experience writing for digital ad platforms (Meta, Google, TikTok) with understanding of platform constraints
  • •Experience writing email marketing sequences with measurable results (open rates, click rates, conversions)
  • •Fluent in English with strong writing skills; Arabic writing ability is a significant advantage
