Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive monthly and quarterly loan disbursal sales targets.
  • •Provide hands-on enablement across CRM and mortgage processes using industry best practices.
  • •Own customer experience management, including escalations and complex mortgage cases.
  • •Ensure compliance with internal governance and banking regulations while collaborating cross-functionally to improve efficiency and service delivery.

Key Requirements

  • •Proven experience in a mortgage or financial services leadership role (Team Leader, Sales Manager, etc.).
