Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the Product Compliance workstream, including planning, verification, risk management, and compliance delivery for successful global launches.
  • •Assess existing compliance plans to identify gaps, implement adjustments, and negotiate timelines, deliverables, and priorities with ODM partners and internal stakeholders.
  • •Own end-to-end program management for assigned domain IPs, including schedule execution, feature readiness, dependency closure, issue escalation, and milestone delivery.
  • •Manage multiple projects and technology domains, aligning execution across cross-functional teams to achieve program milestones.
  • •Establish, enforce, and continuously improve Feature Enablement and Validation processes, including planning, resource management, change control, and execution tracking.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: CAD 126,000 - 216,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •BASc (or equivalent) required (MASc/MEng or equivalent preferred).
  • •5+ years of experience in engineering, technical program management, or a related field.
  • •Experience leading program management with schedule planning, dependency management, risk assessment, and execution tracking.
  • •Knowledge of global commercial product compliance and regulatory launches (e.g., Energy Efficiency, Product Safety, EMC, Wireless, Cybersecurity, Privacy, Product Labeling, Substance Restrictions).
  • •Ability to lead cross-functional, global teams and influence stakeholders to drive alignment and resolution.
