Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or related field (10+ years relevant experience may substitute).
  • •5+ years of supply chain or procurement experience focused on capital equipment, facilities, or indirect categories.
  • •Proven experience in supplier management, sourcing strategy, contract negotiation, and CapEx project execution.
  • •Strong understanding of total cost of ownership (TCO) and capital project budgeting.
  • •Experience working cross-functionally with Engineering, Finance, Legal, and Operations in development, qualification, or production environments.
