Job Summary

Act as the operational bridge between policy and frontline execution by translating complex policy intent into clear, scalable workflows, SOPs, and decision frameworks. Own operations knowledge base management and policy update processes, using quality metrics, escalations, and user appeals to identify execution gaps and improve guideline consistency. Partner with Policy, Product, Quality, and Regional Operations to support global change management and ensure culturally relevant implementation.

Key Responsibilities

•Translate complex policies into clear, actionable, and scalable operational workflows, guidelines, and decision-making frameworks for frontline teams.
•Build, standardize, and maintain knowledge management systems, SOPs, and operational documentation with governance and version control.
•Leverage AI tools to enhance policy translation, improve documentation quality, and streamline creation of operational materials.
•Collaborate with Policy, Product, Quality, and Regional Operations teams to bridge policy intent and operational execution.
•Review quality metrics, escalations, and user appeals to identify execution gaps, uncover root causes, and improve guideline consistency.

Key Requirements

•Strong policy knowledge in the Ops functional domain and ability to connect with operational governance/process.
•Exposure to operational workflows, QA processes, or policy execution activities focused on execution (not design ownership).
•Ability to support cross-functional coordination with Policy, Ops, Product, or vendor teams.
•Basic analytical skills to structure data, identify issues, and escalate insights clearly.
•Familiarity with standard operating procedures (SOPs) and process documentation/workflow execution.
