BIM Specialist - Electrical (Data Center projects)

Develop and manage electrical Building Information Models (BIM) for data center projects, ensuring accurate, constructable designs throughout the project lifecycle. Coordinate electrical models with MEP teams, run clash detection, and produce detailed reports to maintain model integrity and compliance. Create and manage electrical specifications, schedules, and technical documentation, perform QA reviews, and collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and stakeholders to support informed decision-making.
