Key Responsibilities

  • •Define and continuously develop scope, approach, scenarios, and test designs for bank readiness tests in alignment with value streams and program goals.
  • •Collaborate with business architects and delivery management to transform business processes, transformation requirements, and migration objectives into end-to-end test scenarios.
  • •Create and apply a structured approach for test design, test preparation, test execution, and reporting across multiple platforms and applications.
  • •Ensure end-to-end coverage of bank processes, including dependencies and integration points across business areas, applications, and platforms.
  • •Moderate stakeholder workshops and coordinate test activities across international, cross-functional teams; identify dependencies, risks, gaps, test environment needs, and readiness criteria.

Key Requirements

  • •Extensive experience in large-scale transformation programs in banking or financial services consulting, e.g., as Test Lead, Test Manager, or Test Architect.
  • •Strong knowledge of end-to-end banking processes and practical experience in at least two areas: Core Banking, Payments, Lending, Finance.
  • •Methodical expertise across test strategy, test design, test planning, and test execution.
  • •Proven experience defining and coordinating end-to-end test scenarios across multi-platform and multi-application environments.
  • •Experience with bank migrations and/or post-merger integration (PMI) programs from a testing perspective, plus effective collaboration with international teams.
  • •Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse for written and spoken communication.
