Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead complex security and technology projects, setting technical direction for reliable, connected building environments across British Columbia.
  • •Direct IT infrastructure, structured cabling, network, and technology systems design from concept narratives through construction documents and closeout.
  • •Manage scope, schedule, budget, risk, contracts, and commercial performance while aligning project teams around quality and client outcomes.
  • •Strengthen trusted client relationships through workshops, presentations, strategic advice, proposals, and solutions to evolving operational needs.
  • •Collaborate with WSP leaders and multidisciplinary specialists to integrate security, audiovisual, and other building systems; mentor colleagues and advance QA, health and safety practices.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: CAD 104,100 - 138,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Registered Communications Distribution Designer (RCDD) designation is mandatory.
  • •Advanced expertise in information technology infrastructure, structured cabling, networks, and technology systems design.
  • •Proven experience leading large, complex security and technology projects across concept, design, tender, construction administration, and closeout.
  • •Strong technical judgment reviewing and approving technical deliverables (reports, diagrams, drawings, specifications, and design narratives) to relevant standards.
  • •Ability to advise senior clients, facilitate workshops and presentations, and manage proposals, schedules, budgets, contracts, and risk/change management.
