Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead end-to-end implementation of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central for optimized “hire to retire” client employee processes using best practices.
  • •Run workshops to gather business requirements and map them to SAP functionality.
  • •Configure and customize Employee Central objects and processes (e.g., Employee Central Fields, Country Specific Fields, Foundation Data, Workflows, Position Management, Time Types, Leave Management, and MDF objects) with RBP permissions.
  • •Design and deliver global process consolidation and localization add-ons across multiple countries, ensuring alignment to templates.
  • •Manage integrations (e.g., recruiting with onboarding/talent modules and external systems), support data migration, integration testing (including SIT cycles with error reporting/remediation), and provide UAT support, training, and post-go-live assistance.

Key Requirements

  • •4+ years of SAP SuccessFactors experience with at least 2 full-cycle Employee Central implementations.
  • •Hands-on configuration experience across Employee Central, including Position Management, Contingent Worker Management, Mass Changes, Document Generation, and EC Reports (Advanced Reports exposure).
  • •Experience with packaged integrations and Mini Master integration with SAP S/4HANA.
  • •Integration experience across SF modules such as Compensation, Variable Pay, Recruiting, Onboarding 2.0, and Succession Planning (including Job Profile Builder).
  • •Bachelor’s degree in HR, IT, or a related field; SAP SuccessFactors EC certification preferred.
