Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as the Electrical and I&C discipline CAD lead for projects of all sizes.
  • •Oversee electrical and I&C deliverables, ensuring efficient facility design while addressing constructability, safety, and project constraints.
  • •Perform complex CAD tasks and coordinate drawing production, collaborating to create integrated digital project content and resolve interface issues.
  • •Collaborate with engineers and project managers through design stages from feasibility through construction support, including lead discipline CAD execution.
  • •Prepare bills of materials and quantity takeoffs, manage survey/model data from laser scans, LiDAR, and vendor files, and support proposal/business development activities.

Key Requirements

  • •BA/BS plus 6 years of relevant power or industrial experience (or demonstrated equivalency).
  • •Understanding and experience in electrical and instrumentation design and technology principles.
  • •5+ years experience as discipline CAD lead.
  • •Experience managing Common Data Environments, including ProjectWise, BIM 360, and ACC.
  • •Demonstrated CAD experience using tools such as AutoCAD Plant 3D and/or electrical design layouts with strong attention to industry standards.
