Key Responsibilities

  • •Register newly acquired Fixed Assets in GSM and update the inventory on an ongoing basis.
  • •Maintain and quality-check the inventory database information for accuracy and completeness.
  • •Receive goods from the country office and sub-offices, including checking against purchase orders.
  • •Conduct annual physical inventories, update/create records in the database, and submit the global inventory report to the regional office on time.
  • •Track purchase orders with the procurement team, manage delivery and movements to users, conduct periodic verification, and collect signed inventory forms.

Key Requirements
