Senior Java Engineer - Distributed Systems - Elasticsearch

Lead development of Elasticsearch distributed systems to provide scale, performance, and resilience. Improve concurrency in indexing across multiple machines, maintain cluster coordination as nodes come and go, and push shard/node/petabyte-scale limits. Diagnose performance and concurrency issues, propose solutions, and support engineers on complex problems. Own features end-to-end and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
