Key Responsibilities

  • •Maintain visibility of threat/opportunity trigger points to support risk cost profiling, budget drawdown, and retirement decisions.
  • •Monitor overall risk exposure and assess remaining risk budget while informing investment planning.
  • •Conduct quantitative risk assessment (cost and schedule) to inform project contingency levels and deliver QCRA/QSRA processes.
  • •Create and maintain risk management plans/processes, run regular risk reviews, and produce risk reports to communicate status.
  • •Lead construction stage contract and claims management, including assessment of contractual claims and advice on dispute resolution; support final accounts settlement.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in a construction management/cost management/quantity surveying/engineering/field related to construction.
  • •Minimum 3 years of applicable experience.
  • •Relevant construction project procurement and contract management experience.
  • •Demonstrated experience in a Program Management or Program Controls environment.
  • •Deep knowledge of risk identification, facilitation, and techniques, with strong analytical and communication skills.
