Key Responsibilities

  • •Prepare social studies for children and family village residents’ cases transferred from different entities.
  • •Develop and finalize individual empowerment plans and ensure they align with social studies and intervention recommendations; monitor execution and updates.
  • •Coordinate with external/government entities providing social services, document follow-ups, and ensure recommendations and joint plan actions are effectively implemented.
  • •Provide group and individual guidance to the educational staff and children to support development plans and achieve targets.
  • •Conduct ongoing follow-ups (including interviews and field visits), evaluate intervention plans, produce analytical statistics/reports, and deliver awareness workshops and training.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Social Service or Psychology (or equivalent).
  • •5+ years of experience in social services.
  • •Fluency in English and Arabic (speaking and writing).
  • •Ability to prepare social studies, case reports, and analytical statistics for residents’ cases.
  • •Ability to ensure compliance with the authority’s information security policies and procedures.
