Data governance and analytics specialist based in Longueuil, responsible for governance of enterprise data assets, data lifecycle management, and analytics to support aftermarket vendor management. Key Responsibilities

•Establish and maintain data governance frameworks to ensure accuracy, consistency, and traceability of data across systems
•Oversee data lifecycle management, including collection, validation, storage, and archival
•Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and KPIs to support operational and strategic decisions
•Perform advanced data analysis to identify trends, inefficiencies, and risk areas across programs and operations using tools such as SAP, BW, Power BI, Python, SAS
•Translate analytical findings into actionable recommendations for senior leadership

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree in Aerospace, Business Administration, Operations or Engineering with 8+ years of experience in aerospace, operations, supply chain or engineering; OR advanced degree with 5+ years of relevant experience
•Excellent MS Office skills (Excel/VBA)
•Programming experience, ideally in Python
•Experience with SAP and Power BI is an asset
•Strong data governance, data lifecycle management, and analytics capabilities with the ability to translate results into actionable recommendations for senior leadership
