Key Responsibilities

  • •Assist with project planning, scheduling, and coordination to deliver on time and within budget.
  • •Review project specifications, drawings, and contracts to ensure compliance with design and contractual obligations.
  • •Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors to resolve technical issues and support execution.
  • •Monitor progress and inspect work quality, identifying risks or delays and taking proactive mitigation actions.
  • •Maintain project documentation (reports, drawings, change orders, RFIs), support cost estimation and budgeting, and coordinate regulatory permits and approvals.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 8 years working experience, with 5 years of relevant experience in construction project work.
  • •Proficiency in construction project management methodologies, including construction budgeting and planning.
  • •Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, blueprints, and specifications.
  • •ERP knowledge preferably SAP functional skills.
  • •Professional degree and MMUP Engineer Registration (UPDA); Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Engineering.
