Job Summary

Lead branch operations in the Banking Center Manager’s absence while ensuring branch goals are met through excellent customer service and a team-building atmosphere. Key Responsibilities

•Ensure branch goals are met by providing excellent customer service and supporting a team-building atmosphere.
•Promote and cross-sell bank products and services by assisting customers with selecting offerings to meet their financial needs.
•Perform banking center activities including opening new accounts, safe deposit duties, stop payment requests, check recorders, and wire transfer requests.
•Monitor and manage branch operational controls including cash limits, ATM balancing, deposit account exceptions, and NSF/overdraft reviews within approved limits.
•Manage operations and supervise retail staff in the absence of the Banking Center Manager, including supporting staff training and ensuring BSA/AML/CFT and sanctions compliance.

Key Requirements

•Associate degree in business or a related field, or an equivalent combination of training and work experience.
•Minimum three years’ related experience in a financial institution, with a minimum of two years supervisory experience.
•Thorough knowledge of bank services and products.
•Understanding of related legal and regulatory requirements and familiarity with branch policies and procedures.
•Strong interpersonal, leadership, supervisory, and organizational skills, with attention to detail and ability to operate related computer applications and business equipment.
