Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure branch goals are met by providing excellent customer service in a team-building atmosphere.
  • •Promote and cross-sell bank products and services while assisting customers with financial needs.
  • •Perform branch operational activities including opening new accounts, safe deposit duties, stop payment requests, check recorder, and wire transfer requests.
  • •Monitor cash limits, ensure ATM is balanced, and manage reporting accuracy (MIL/CTR) and transmission to Compliance.
  • •Manage deposit account exceptions and review NSF/overdraft reports, approving/declining exceptions within approved limits, and supervise retail staff in the absence of the Banking Center Manager.

Key Requirements

  • •Associate degree in business (or related field) or equivalent training and work experience.
  • •Minimum three years’ related experience in a financial institution, with at least two years supervisory experience.
  • •Thorough knowledge of bank services and products.
  • •Understanding of related legal and regulatory requirements and familiarity with branch policies and procedures.
  • •Strong interpersonal, leadership, and supervisory skills, with ability to operate relevant computer applications and business equipment.
