Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of mine remediation and environmental management projects across all project phases.
  • •Develop and maintain project management plans, schedules, budgets, risk registers, and resource forecasts.
  • •Coordinate multidisciplinary teams across environmental, civil, geotechnical, hydrotechnical, permitting, and project controls specialists.
  • •Manage project scope, schedule, budget, quality, and risk to ensure contractual obligations are met.
  • •Lead client and stakeholder engagement, including regulators, Indigenous governments/organizations, and contractors; support procurement and contract oversight.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, Business, Project Management, Natural Resources, or a related discipline.
  • •10+ years managing complex projects in mining, environmental remediation, infrastructure, resource development, or heavy civil sectors.
  • •Demonstrated experience managing multidisciplinary project teams and coordinating activities across multiple stakeholders.
  • •Experience developing and managing project schedules, budgets, risks, contracts, and project controls processes.
  • •Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel to remote project locations.
