Key Responsibilities

  • •Complete a two-year Eaton Leadership Development Program with three assignments in an Eaton facility, each lasting 12 months.
  • •Participate in FP&L (Financial Planning & Analysis) for 1 year.
  • •Complete an Operations Finance rotation for 6 months.
  • •Undertake a specialty rotation (Controllership, internal audit, Global Finance Accounting, or Taxes) for 6 months.
  • •Interact with, learn from, and present to Eaton leaders during assignments to develop leadership skills.

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Public Accounting, Finance, or similar (from an accredited institution) with a graduation date no more than 2 years ago and a general average of 8.0 or higher.
  • •Geographical flexibility to relocate.

  • •Having performed an extracurricular activity during the same time as the professional career (sports, job experience, academic exchange, or others).
  • •At least 6 months of prior internship or co-op experience in a manufacturing setting.
