Job Summary

Own end-to-end delivery of AI initiatives by translating AI strategy into funded, governed capabilities that become production-ready, adopted systems. Serve as the coordination point across business sponsors, data/AI engineering, infrastructure, and risk/compliance, and align external AI vendors to enterprise goals. Define target architecture for P&C insurance, design agentic AI and intelligent automation guardrails, drive digital experience architecture, and set API-first/event-driven integration and core systems modernization strategies.

Key Responsibilities

•Own end-to-end delivery of AI projects, ensuring AI investment becomes production systems that are used, trusted, controlled, and viable.
•Define and maintain target enterprise architecture for P&C insurance across underwriting, policy administration, claims, billing, reinsurance, and distribution.
•Set enterprise architecture for agentic AI, including autonomous agents, orchestration layers, decision engines, and human-in-the-loop models, with AI governance and compliance guardrails.
•Architect digital platforms for omnichannel experiences and guide evolution of portals, mobile apps, workflow tools, and low-code/no-code platforms.
•Own API-first and event-driven architecture strategy, define integration standards, and lead core systems modernization for policy, claims, and billing.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
•12+ years of experience in enterprise or solution architecture roles.
•Strong experience in P&C insurance (carrier-side preferred).
•Solid understanding of AI/ML architectures with practical exposure to intelligent automation or agent-based systems.
•Hands-on experience with API platforms, integration architecture, and cloud-native designs.
